Right-back Richard Duffy is in contention for a return to the starting line-up after fully recovering from the head injury which caused him to be named only among the substitutes against Tranmere on Tuesday.
Defender Billy Jones will return to the squad after overcoming the knock which caused him to be left out in midweek.
Tisdale must decide which system to play after switching from 4-4-2 to 4-3-3 at half-time against Tranmere. If he decides on 4-3-3, strikers Daniel Nardiello and Richard Logan could be recalled to partner Jamie Cureton in attack.
The Grecians will make the trip trying to make it seven consecutive away games undefeated.
