Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale told BBC Radio Devon:"We know the magnitude of the game, it's a very important game and we're doing our very best not to focus on that.
"We've done our very best to focus on the things we can control, the bits of play that we've worked on and the bits of play that are proving successful for us.
"The fact that the manager's been changed in the last week adds a little bit more uncertainty to how the opponent will play."
