Leyton Orient could be without defender Elliott Omozusi who is struggling with a hamstring problem.Dean Cox, Matthew Spring and Alex Revell all dropped out of the starting line-up for the Carling Cup defeat by West Brom but are expected to return.

Exeter have problems in defence and are without the suspended Richard Duffy whilst Matt Taylor (back) is out.

Troy Archibald-Henville is not yet match fit so Rob Edwards could partner Billy Jones in central defence.

Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale told BBC Radio Devon: "We drew a lot of games last year away from home and that's something we'd like to change of course it is and I always think we've got a chance.

"We're not going in full strength, but I trust all of the players and whenever a player drops out I'm always quite pleased to be able to tell another player he's coming in.

"We've got a very good squad and players that I want to do well, so I'm not trying to bring anybody in."
