Jake Thomson scored his first goal for Exeter as the club drew their final pre-season match 1-1 at Forest Green. The former Southampton winger, who joined the Grecians for an undisclosed fee earlier this summer, collected a fine pass from James Dunne pass and rifled home after 55 minutes. However, substitute Jack Winter's speculative equaliser meant the spoils were shared at the New Lawn.
