Exeter 3-3 Yeovil- Match Report

Late goals earn Exeter thrilling draw with Yeovil

Exeter staged an incredible comeback at St James' Park, scoring three goals in the final two minutes to draw 3-3 with West Country neighbours Yeovil.

After a first half of few chances, the game exploded into life after the break as Yeovil went in front after 63 minutes when Matty Dolan played in Francois Zoko to calmly roll the ball past Christy Pym from 15 yards.

Yeovil added a second when Dolan's shot was saved by Pym only for Shaylon Harrison to nod in the rebound.

The Glovers then went 3-0 in front when Dolan's free-kick was easily headed in by Alex Lacey before the comeback started.

David Wheeler got the first Exeter goal after 89 minutes when his 18-yard effort rattled in off the inside of the post and Troy Brown headed in to make it 3-2 in the first minute of stoppage time.

Exeter made it 3-3 when Jack Stacey crossed to the back post where Reuben Reid was on hand to take a touch before smashing the ball into the roof of the net.
